The Launch Phase
The First Four Weeks
Within 48 hours of signing, you’ll receive our onboarding questionnaire. Within 3–4 business days, we return a full content strategy and agenda — reviewed together on a launch call and approved before anything goes into production.
From there, we move fast.
The goal is to get everything in place so that by week two, we’re already producing content that targets the right buyers with the right keywords and AI search prompts.
- Step 1: Customer and Keyword Research
We start by understanding your buyers — who they are, what problems they’re trying to solve, and how they search for solutions. We run a competitor analysis, identify keyword opportunities, and build the buyer persona foundation that informs every piece of content we produce.
- Step 2: SEO and/or GEO Audit
Depending on your package, we run a technical SEO health check, a full GEO Audit, or both. The SEO audit flags errors, broken links, and metadata gaps. The GEO Audit identifies where your brand stands in AI search, maps the 25 highest-value prompts in your category, and produces a prioritized roadmap to close your visibility gaps.
- Step 3: Content Strategy and Publication Plan
We present a content strategy and agenda for your sign-off — covering target keywords, content formats, buyer awareness stages, and a production schedule. Critically, this includes a publication plan: which content belongs on your own site to build domain authority, and which should be placed on high-authority third-party domains to earn backlinks and AI brand mentions. Nothing goes into production until you’ve approved the direction.
- Step 4: Expert Interviews and Content Production
We interview your internal experts and — where relevant — external thought leaders to find the unique angles and insights that generic content can’t replicate. This is the step that makes the difference. Articles go through our multi-engine optimization process: keyword-targeted, structured for AI citation, and written to convert bottom-of-funnel buyers.

Once the launch phase is complete, we enter a repeatable quarterly rhythm. At the start of each quarter we review performance, update the keyword strategy, and reset the content agenda. Within that rhythm, here’s how each month runs:

What We Need From You

Approximately 2 hours per week — for support with selecting expert interviews, article reviews, and sign-off
A point of contact — one person on your team who can brief us, approve content, and flag priorities
Access — to your CMS (WordPress or equivalent) and Google Analytics/Search Console for reporting
